Blaise Matuidi Reveals Contracting Coronavirus made Him Psychotic
Juventus star Blaise Matuidi has opened up on his experience of contracting Covid-19, admitting he endured an extremely tough mental battle.
The Frenchman was one of three Juve players to catch the virus, with team-mates Daniele Rugani and Paulo Dybala also testing positive.
Despite showing no symptoms and making a full recovery, Matuidi has revealed it had a huge impact on his life.

Matuidi admits he worried as much about his family as he did for his own well-being.

He added: 'I had no symptoms but, as soon as I heard the news, I was in shock.

'It was difficult for them, but I was able to reassure them. It's not a good time, we really want this to end as soon as possible. I ask myself what will happen to football and everyday life.'
Italian top-flight sides have been given the all-clear to return to their training grounds from Monday with all clubs unanimous in their desire to finish the season.
