It comes after Felicity revealed the surprisingly easy way she shed an impressive 15 kilograms before returning to the challenging reality show this year.
Speaking to NW magazine, Flick explained she developed a passion for the gym and became a huge fan of F45 workouts.
'As soon as I started working out four years ago, I lost 10 kilograms,' she told the publication.
