In the snap, the star pulled a funny face as she posed in her bathroom mirror while wearing a pink PJ T-shirt with her blonde locks into a tousled hairdo.

Yet later in the day, Fearne looked radiant as she revealed that she had washed her hair and put make-up on for a radio show.

Radiant: Yet later in the day, Fearne looked radiant as she revealed that she had washed her hair and put make-up on for a radio show

She penned: 'Washes hair. Puts make-up on to record a radio show (confused face emoji) feels 1000 times better.'

Fearne looked fresh-faced in the snap as she styled her blonde locks into a blow-dried hairdo and added a slick of make-up to enhance her pretty features.

It comes after the star revealed her young family thought husband Jesse Wood was dead after he collapsed in the garden during isolation on Sunday.

The presenter told of her four-year-old daughter Honey's horror after musician Jesse, 43, fainted in front of the family while trying to blow up an inflatable slide.

It proved to be a tough weekend for Jesse, who earlier in the day had fallen out of a tree during their walk and managed to bruise himself badly.

Shock: It comes after the star revealed her young family thought husband Jesse Wood was dead after he collapsed in the garden during isolation on Sunday

Fearne who was with Honey Krissy and son Rex Rayne, seven, at the time took to Instagram with Jesse and said: 'We've had such a sh***y weekend.

'Today Jesse surprised the kids with a new slip and slide he'd bought and it had a blow up shark bridge which the kids could skid under and they were really excited.

'I was doing the washing up and I'm watching Jesse out the window blowing this thing up and all of a sudden he fainted. We went into garden and Honey went "Oh my god, is he dead?"'

She laughed nervously: 'Sorry, it's so dark but it's so funny.'

Fall: It proved to be a tough weekend for Jesse, who earlier in the day had fallen out of a tree during their walk and managed to bruise himself badly

Jesse also managed to break his phone during the process.

Fearne said: 'The hose wouldn't fit into the slip and slide and Jesse's phone was nearby and the hose squirted all over his phone and it now doesn't work so it's sat in a bag of rice hopefully drying out.'

Earlier that day Jesse also injured himself after he fell from a tree.

Better now: Fearne said: 'I was doing the washing up and I'm watching Jesse out the window blowing this slip and slide up and all of a sudden he fainted. We went into garden and Honey went "Oh my god, is he dead?"'

Fearne told: 'First of all we were playing hide and seek with the kids and Jesse decided to try and climb a tree and skidded down it into a stream on our one daily walk of the day.'

Jesse said he'd had worse times but admitted the weekend had been 'really eventful.'

Fearne has been sharing candid insights during lockdown and recently discussed the difficulties of trying to navigate a blended family amid the UK coronavirus crisis.

The presenter, 38, shares Rex, seven, and Honey, four, with her rocker beau Jesse Wood, who also has Arthur, 18, and Lola, 14, with his ex-wife Tilly.

Fearne said: 'I, like many of you, are part of a blended family and after last night's announcement it's really difficult to know how to play that. My step-kids come and go from both houses — to our house, to their mum and step-dad's.

'From what we've read, we think the best approach is to take it as long as both sets of parents have no symptoms or children, and they haven't in the last two weeks, we should be able to continue having the kids dropped off or picking them up.

'So we can spend time with them because the thought of not seeing them for, God knows how tour hạ long, is tricky. There's so much more I want to say but my brain is scrambled, I haven't had much sleep. So much love to you all, stay home and safe.'

It comes after Fearne jokingly claimed that her two children have 'no respect for her whatsoever' during homeschooling.
